Quartz Sand Production Line

The complete system of quartz sand production line equipment which we designed will provide you comprehensive technical support. This type quartz sand production line is made up by the vibrating feeder,jaw crusher, vertical shaft ompact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen ,belt conveyor and other equipments. Depending on the process requirements, we make the combination of various equipments to meet customer requirements of different processes.

Firstly,quartz stone is broken into the coarse material after primary crushing, and be transported by belt conveyor for further crushing to the second crushing machine. Then the smaller stone will be take into the vibrating screen for screening out two type size quartz stones .One size product will be made into quartz sand which meet the feed particle size of sand making machine,and the other material will be take into the second crushing machine again. Meanwhile,a part of regular quartz sand after sand maker will be take into sand washer (optional) for cleaning to make finished products, and the other bigger sand will be bring into the sand making machine for crushing again.

Type production line of quartz sand has the following advantages ,such as the high degree of automation, low running costs, high crushing rate, energy saving, large output, less pollution and easy maintenance. The final sand has the uniform size, good grain shape and reasonable size distribution ,which meet the national standards of construction machine-made sand.
